IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF HIGH CALIPER GROWING:
Dear Smart Pot Gardeners –
As you may know, and as many of you have asked, the tornado that came through Oklahoma City yesterday was bad. The pictures you have seen on television and the internet cannot really capture the full destruction of the storm.
Thank you to our many friends who have reached out and contacted us. Our facilities are well north of the path of the tornado. I am very happy to report that all employees are fine. Some of our personal friends and families sustained considerable damage. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
As a small gift, High Caliper Growing will be donating half the receipts from our direct internet sales from now until July 1 to tornado victims. For every dollar we receive from SmartPots.com, we will donate fifty cents to help people get their lives back together. At a time like this, when tragedy strikes so close to home, we are reminded how fortunate we are to be able to help.
For those of you who have expressed interest in making a personal donation to the tornado victims, both the Salvation Army and the Red Cross are very active here in Oklahoma City. A donation to either organization would be helpful.
Thank you again for your thoughts and concerns.
Respectfully,
Kurt Reiger
President
